Throughout the post production process our digital effects wizard, Matt Turner, worked for nothing at the end of a perpetually prodding stick producing some astonishing work. Work so good, in fact, that if you’ve watched the film you probably haven’t even spotted all the effects.
Some digital work ended up being produced where none was intended and this can throw up all manner of head aches when on such a low budget with restricted resources. The ‘door’ in the film was one such area where we tried, and ultimately failed, to be a little more creative with what it might look like when on. I thought I’d post some of our aborted attempts here. Number 4 is my favourite. (SM)
